Our knowledgeable coaching staff sets us apart from the rest. We cover everything from strength and conditioning, speed and agility, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and kid’s fundamentals. If this is your first time working out, or you are a seasoned competitor, here at CrossFit Anavah we will help you obtain your goals.

New To Crossfit? Not a problem! WE offer an Onramp course for $99 which goes towards your first month membership. You will get 2-3 one on one training sessions with our coaches to cover fundamental CrossFit movements. Use the link below to schedule your Onramp class with one of our lead trainers. 


 KIDS CLASSES

We truly believe that living a healthy life style is a family effort. We invite kids to join in on our workouts . There is nothing more important than showing our children that fitness and nutrition are not just for Mom and Dad. Living healthy and building a healthy body is for everyone.
