CrossFit is designed to allow each member to be the best version of themselves. Every person here has a unique goal and we can help modify and tailer the workouts to fit individual needs. All of our coaching staff is highly qualified and focused on helping our members and community reach their goals. Come drop in and check us out!!

$75 per week/ $200 for the MONTH!!! 

 

 

Olympic Lifting and Barbell Classes 

Every Saturday 8:30-10a.m. Free to members and $25 drop in fee for non-members.

Make sure you are signed up, space is limited.

WHAT IS

CROSSFIT?

The CrossFit stimulus—constantly varied high-intensity functional movement coupled with meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar—prepares you for the demands of a healthy, functional, independent life and provides a hedge against chronic disease and incapacity. This stimulus is elegant in the mathematical sense of being marked by simplicity and efficacy.
