CrossFit Kids Summer Camps (Starts May 30th)
Monday-Thursday AGES 8-12 10:30-11:30/ 13-18 11:30-1P.M. Bring in your athlete to make sure they are getting the proper training in functional movements to gain muscle and reduce injury as they prepare for their sport.
Aerobic Capacity Class
Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30-8:15A.M. for this unique style of training. Come see the benefits that will be added to your workouts, recovery, and lung capacity Free to Anavah Members... $120 per month for non-members.
