CrossFit Classes

CrossFit is designed to allow each member to be the best version of themselves. Every person here has a unique goal and we can help modify and tailer the workouts to fit individual needs. All of our coaching staff is highly qualified and focused on helping our members and community reach their goals. Come drop in and check us out!!

 

 

Olympic Lifting and Barbell Classes 

Every Saturday 8:30-10a.m. Free to members and $25 drop in fee for non-members.

Make sure you are signed up, space is limited. 

CrossFit Kids/Sports Performance 

Monday-Thursday 5:30P.M. Ages 9 and up. Designed to build strength, endurance as well as teach proper form and movements to prevent injury allowing your athletes to accel in any sport.

Aerobic Capacity Class 

Join us Tuesdays @ 9:30 A.M. & Thursdays @ 5 & 6 A.M. for this unique style of training. Come see the benefits that will be added to your workouts, recovery, and lung capacity Free to Anavah Members... $25 drop in fee for non-members. 

 

WHAT IS

CROSSFIT?

The CrossFit stimulus—constantly varied high-intensity functional movement coupled with meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar—prepares you for the demands of a healthy, functional, independent life and provides a hedge against chronic disease and incapacity. The proven elements of this broad, general, and inclusive fitness, in terms of both movement and nutrition, are what we term our CrossFit Essentials.
